Treble partners two iconic rugby brands in South Africa: the world champion Springboks and, under the Club Newlands umbrella, Western Province and The Stormers.
Treble harnesses the passion that fans have for these teams by managing the
Springbok Supporters’ Club at home and in the UK, and the Western Province and Stormers’ Supporters Club under
Club Newlands. We are constantly finding innovative ways to bring the fans closer to their teams and to offer aspirational and experiential opportunities linked to the teams and individual players. These unique “money can’t buy” events in turn translate into real business results for sponsors.
Events highlights include:
- Creation and commercialisation of BokTown for Rugby World Cup 2007 and the BokTown fan villages in South Africa for the British & Irish Lions Tour 2009.
- William Webb Ellis Trophy Tour and nationwide victory tour with the Rugby World Cup-winning Springboks in 2007
- Creation and commercialisation of BokTV, an innovative first in world rugby: the Springbok team on TV and brought to the fans at the match straight after beating Australia at Newlands in 2009
- Club Newlands events with the team including the Club Newlands Sleepover and the annual DHL Stormers’ season kick-off party.
